Need a $5000 – $10000 Bad Credit Loan in Ann Arbor Michigan – Same Day Approval

Hello … I have a checking account with the Bank of America in Ann Arbor Michigan and I need a same day personal loan in the amount of $5000 up and over $10,000 dollars. This checking account that I provided can be used to transfer the loan into and also to withdraw the loan payments each month from it. I can send a copy of the last statements which will show you I have not issued any checks with insufficient funds. I am late with payments, but at least I have not issued bad checks.

I am in the middle of a financial emergency and very close to losing my home that I have lived in for many years. We will lose the house, and our property due to a foreclosure action by the bank, I have been told. The lender has just sent us a letter telling us that he is going to begin foreclosure proceedings if we do not catch up on our payments by the end of the month.

I’m another one of those unfortunate home owners in the Michigan  area that has hit the rails because of a job lay off. I worked for one of the auto companies and was laid off some time ago. The company has advised us that they are going to begin rehiring in the next few months and I will be at the top of the list when it starts. In the mean time I have to survive, not lose my house and try to recover my bad credit rating while we wait to be rehired.

I have 5 kids ranging in age from 3 years old to 18 years old, and it’s been a very difficult year for our family. My wife is at the end of her rope due to financial constraints, and we are now getting calls from bill collectors and collection agencies of all kinds. The older kids are trying to help by getting part time jobs and pooling all of our money to retain our home. One thing this has taught us is just how important the family is and how proud I am when everyone gets together and helps out. Both my wife and I have taken part time jobs that pay minimum wages in order to try and make enough to pay the bills.  The problem is that even with this additional income it is not enough. We just make enough to pay to put food on the table.

I was the only bread winner in the household now and I can pay back a loan for $5000, $6000, $7000, $8000, etc. if I could get a 10000 dollar loan over a period of 3 years that would surely save us from losing our house and give us a little bit of breathing room for the time being. The payments would be low enough that we will be able to afford this with what the kids, my wife and I are making. Once I get my job back, I will be able to focus on paying all of our bills and utilities that we have not paid for  the last couple of months.

I need to get a loan before Feb when our mortgage payment is due ….. we are behind by three payments. We also are behind on the utilities. All of this has led to a bad credit rating which makes it even more difficult to find a loan. We are really hoping you can help us to get through this short term financial cash flow problem. Like I said I am first in line at the Ann Arbor Michigan assembly plant when it reopens in a few months. We just need to make sure that we do not lose our home while we wait to be rehired.

I have included a copy of my bank statement and a stub from my job which shows the income level that I was making before the lay off. I expect to be rehired at the same rate. They are retooling the plant right now and it is supposed to reopen soon. There are many of us in this area that are really dependent on this plant being reopened.
