To catch up my car loan , My post dated check did not clear because they submitted it late 5-6 business days past the date on the check post dated for January 06 2012.
I have a pretty good standing with my car loan but this can cause me to fall behind because
I do not get paid until Feb 03, 2012 which is next Friday.
Can you assist.
I have a good/open checking account.
I can repay on a installment plan.

Trying to keep my car payment and insurance current.

They submitted a post dated checked I gave them late and which caused the check to bounce.
They were suppose to negotiate the check on January 06, 2012 instead the bank statement said the check was negotiated on January 11-12.
I don’t want my credit to be damaged with this account that has been in pretty good standing.

My pay date is not until Feb 03, 2012 which put me into next months payment.
Can you help ? Installment loan

I have just now got in a position to purchase a cash vehicle, I was at first riding the bus to work and now would like a vehicle. I have been saving and am now about 600 short. I would like this loan in good faith because I am tired of having to get up three hours early to make it to work on time and getting home three hours late. Please allow me this loan as I am a good person, just fell on hard times and am trying my best to regain all that I had lost during my economic struggle.

My wife and I can pay our bills. We are not living pay check to pay check but we are not saving any money. We had a child recently and we decided that my wife would stay home for a few months and take care of our child. She was getting paid 60% of her income. That would have been fine if we did not have a child and new expenses. We fell behind a bit and started using our credit cards to buy groceries and baby supplies. Once the debt started to build we stop paying off our cards every month and start to pay a little over the minimum. We started to pay down our debt but we can never get rid of the debt. Now we want to consolidate everything and have one payment that we can pay off and get ourselves back on track.

Ive been a simgle mom for over16 years and the father has no interest in being a part of thier lives, so im supporting a mentally handicapted son and trying to keep my other son in college. Ive made some bad choices financially to do so, so now even though I make good, I can barely buy groceries due to so manyfinance loans, and school loans.If I had 8000 dollars, I could afford one payment, and have more money left over to take care of basic needs..please , I need some help…thank you, jill
